INTEGRAL VISION RECEIVES ORDERS FOR OVER $2.0 MILLION OF DISC INSPECTION PRODUCTS

Farmington Hills, MI (July 21, 1999) - Integral Vision, Inc. (Nasdaq/NMS-INVI) announced today that it has received orders for its OMNI system, and other inspection products for the disc industry, totaling in excess of $2.0 million. These orders, which were received from 3 different customers, are expected to be delivered over the next 90 days.

Commenting on the orders, Charles J. Drake, Chairman and CEO of Integral Vision, Inc. said, "The disc market remains very active due to the demand for CD-R discs. We are specifically pleased with the disc and display inspection markets and, in general, with the level of quoting being experienced by our sales employees and partners. This activity further supports our optimism with respect to our financial results over the upcoming quarters."

Integral Vision, Inc., an ISO 9001 registered firm, offers two machine vision-based inspection systems to the industrial manufacturer. Integral Vision is a leading supplier of machine vision systems used to monitor or control the manufacturing process.
