INTEGRAL VISION ANNOUNCES SHARPEYE ORDER FROM NESS DISPLAY CO., LTD |

Farmington Hills, MI (March 25, 2002) - Integral Vision, Inc. (OTCBB/INVI.OB) today announced that it has received an order for a "SharpEye" inspection station from Ness Display Co., Ltd in Korea. The system value is over $200,000 and will be used for the inspection of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays. Ness Display Co., Ltd is funded by the SK Group, Carlyle Group, and Ericsson. Ness Display has a number of patents on the OLED technology and plans to begin production this year. Integral Vision's "SharpEye" product provides inspection and analysis of functional and cosmetic defects in the display to assure quality in the manufacturing process as well as verification of the final product quality. The SharpEye Inspection equipment will be integrated in an automated display handling system.
