Integral Vision provides technical support in several key areas: Application Support, Installation Supervision, Service Support and user Training Programs for system operation, service and maintenance. Our qualified engineers and product specialists have many years of experience in machine vision based inspection and test for the Flat Panel Display industry. Integral Vision can provide a range of services from simple product repair to guaranteed functionality and high availability of our production inspection systems. We offer a support program for our products with service contracts, service / maintenance training, and applications training. Training is offered at the time of system acceptance at our facility, or on-site during installation, and as requested for follow-up with system upgrades.

Application Support

Our experienced sales engineers will analyze and provide solutions to customer problems within the first few contacts. Our broad experience in Flat Panel Display inspection products, application products, and software solutions allow for an efficient and results oriented process that provides the best possible solution for our customers in the shortest period of time.

Installation Supervision

Integral Vision provides on-site installation supervision and production start-up assistance as part of our service to our customers.

Service Support

Our technicians are fully trained on our inspection products. Additional product know-how is acquired in the field through scheduled support activities such as installations and service support.

Service support is available on an on-call basis or as part of an Annual Service Contract detailed on a separate Maintenance Agreement per each system and site. Service support is provided by our factory direct technicians and / or by a qualified factory trained representatives.

Integral Vision can provide a condensed data sheet explaining all of our support services during warranty and after warranty. We offer tailored support based on our customers' needs and requirements.

Training Programs

Well-trained on-site technicians, together with quick access to spare parts, can substantially improve availability for any system. We offer detailed and in-depth training that provides product information and accumulated know-how to efficiently support our systems on-site. This training is recommended for installations that are scheduled to operate several shifts per day, seven days per week, or after changes in staff.
